WILFLO Online Store Policy
Thank you for shopping with WILFLO. We want every customer to feel confident, comfortable, and satisfied with their purchase. Please review our store policy before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
WILFLO accepts returns within 15 days from the date of purchase, except for items marked FINAL SALE.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, WILFLO will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, delivery fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by WILFLO.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for a different size, color, or item, depending on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered once the returned item is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact WILFLO within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide the next steps.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location, courier availability, holidays, and other delays outside of WILFLO’s control.
WILFLO is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect customer information, courier delays, or missed delivery attempts.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct name, phone number, email address, and delivery information at checkout. Any additional shipping cost caused by incorrect information may be the customer’s responsibility.
